COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry

· Must have experience leading diverse commercial construction projects from inception to completion

· Ability to manage and run projects $10M+

· Strong communication skills with Superintendents, Subcontractors and Owners

· Ability to identify and solve problems

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
