Commercial Construction Project manager Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of ground-up, addition, and renovation projects ranging from $5-$15 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing diverse commercial construction projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
Project manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project close-out.
- Oversee ground-up, renovation, and addition projects in diverse sectors including retail, restaurants, healthcare, education, and municipalities.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead project teams and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven success managing projects valued at $5-$15 million.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
