• Over 5 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects
• Degree preferred, but not required
• Accountability for overseeing profit and loss on assigned projects, with regular margin projections
• Expertise in developing and managing estimates for multiple simultaneous projects
• Collaboration with clients and design teams
• Tracking, pricing, and negotiating project cost changes
