Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 (based on experience and skill set)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estimating commercial construction projects and will be responsible for accurately determining the cost of construction projects by evaluating project plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify project requirements and ensure accurate estimates.
- Conduct site visits to understand project scope and potential challenges.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and participate in the bidding process.
- Maintain and update historical cost data and unit prices for various construction activities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and material costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
