Position Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other related expenses. - Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine project requirements and develop comprehensive estimates. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather necessary information for accurate estimations. - Review contracts and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers. - Track and manage project costs throughout the construction process, making adjustments as necessary.

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Utilize industry knowledge and experience to accurately estimate material and labor costs. - Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors. - Stay updated on industry trends and cost fluctuations. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments to estimates as needed. - Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimations.
