Job Description: The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Commercial Concrete Assistant Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Pre-Construction Checklist
- Create Project Budget
- Buy out Materials
- Create Purchase Orders
- Send Submittals
- Develop and send RFIs
- Request Layout Shop Drawing
- Approve layout shop drawing dimensions
- Onscreen takeoffs
- Create pre-build shop drawings
- Pre-Construction meeting
- Schedule the project
- Daily Communication Emails
- Manage Changer Order Approval
Required Experience:
Working in concrete construction with some of the following concrete phases
- Layout
- Footings
- Cast-in-place walls
- Slab on grade
- Slab on metal deck
- Site concrete work
Helpful Skills:
- Knowledge and use of proper construction safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Plan reading
- Shop drawing creation
- Scheduling
- Pricing/budgeting/negotiating
- Crew and quality management
- Job costing
- Knowledge of Spanish is desired
