This position involves supporting carpenters with general labor tasks, including preparing materials, assisting with installations, and maintaining job site cleanliness. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist carpenters with cutting, measuring, and assembling materials.
- Support the installation of structures such as walls, doors, and windows.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite.
- Follow instructions and blueprints provided by supervisors.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in construction or carpentry is preferred.
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.

**Pay:** $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
