Qualifications:

• Building the skeleton of a structure, including walls, floors, roofs, and ceilings.
• Understanding how to create stable and secure frameworks that can support the weight of the building.
• Ability to work with both traditional wood framing and modern steel framing techniques.
• Reading and understanding architectural plans and blueprints is essential for translating design specifications into physical structures.
• Ensuring precise measurements and adherence to design specifications.
• Using tape measures, levels, squares, and lasers to ensure correct dimensions and alignment.
• Marking out positions for walls, doors, windows, and other components based on measurements.
• Building and installing custom cabinets, shelves, and storage solutions.
• Working with detailed woodwork, such as moldings, trim, and custom wood features.
• Installing trim elements to enhance the aesthetic of commercial spaces.
•  Using saws and other tools to create intricate, clean cuts for finishing carpentry.
•  Ensuring that doors and windows are properly aligned, sealed, and functional.
•  Proficient in using hammers, saws, chisels, and drills.
• Skill in using power tools such as circular saws, table saws, and nail guns.
• Safe operation of tools and equipment to prevent accidents.
• Ability to collaborate with other construction professionals such as electricians, plumbers, and architects.
•  Ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule, often working on multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
• Understanding and applying local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
