Role Description

This job is open to an individual with or without insurance experience. This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial CSR/Assistant account manager at Oaklane Insurance Agency. The Commercial CSR/Processor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, insurance policy processing, assisting account management, and general support. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers and other team members.
