Location: Skillman, NJ. Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Pay: $97,000 - $166,750

What will you do
The Brand Manager, Acne will be responsible for managing the business performance of Neutrogena Acne and Clean and Clear in the US including:
- Building the Go to Market Business Strategy and 3 Year Operating Plan, driven by consumer + category insights, and operating plan goals.
- Leading P&L management, delivery with end-to-end team partnership
- Bringing the Brand’s voice and consumer-first thinking to critical internal workstreams including Shopper Marketing, Consumer Promotions, and in-store shelf presence and branding
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams that may include Customer Strategy, Market Research, Design, Packaging, Finance to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies.
- Building and effectively influencing business activities and projects, including gaining alignment from key partners and decision-makers
- Collaborating with key partners and agencies to deliver accelerated conversion and marketing performance optimization, particularly in ecommerce landscape, via real-time digital performance assessment and in-market adjustments.
- Contributing to a high-performance environment with a culture of collaboration and innovation.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a BA/BS degree
- A minimum of 6 years of marketing, sales, or related experience
- This position requires approximately 25% domestic travel
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s in business or marketing preferred
- Previous personal care or beauty experience and digital marketing experience
- Ability to understand a consumer target and position a brand/project and manage projects
- Financial acumen with the ability to read, understand, and manage a P&L
- Experience with building strategic marketing plans, setting KPI’s and analytical assessment of performance + data-driven optimization
- Awareness of beauty ecommerce landscape, category consumer engagement and social media trends
- Successful track-record working with agency partners. Very strong analytical capacity, and track record in effective health of business communication, ultimately driving business results
What’s in it for you
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,750. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
