Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial processes and customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers to resolve payment inquiries and outstanding balances.
• Support accounting tasks such as transaction posting and credit/debit adjustments.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve disputes.
• Participate in account reviews and customer/vendor meetings as needed.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Accounts Receivable / Collection experience.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management skills, and able to work under time constraints to deadlines.
• Proficient math / problem solving and data analysis skills.
