Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial processes and customer accounts.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment inquiries and outstanding balances.
- Support accounting tasks such as transaction posting and credit/debit adjustments.
- Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve disputes.
- Participate in account reviews and customer/vendor meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Accounts Receivable / Collection experience.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management skills, and able to work under time constraints to deadlines.
- Proficient math / problem solving and data analysis skills.
