We provide our Medical Collection Specialist with the training and confidence needed to assist a consumer and their family with their financial concerns.  It is the goal of our company to provide excellent customer service to our clients and their consumers.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• A desire to help others and make a difference in their community
• A strong work ethic and sense of loyalty to their team members
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Previous experience in sales and customer service a plus
• Understanding of HIPAA a plus
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
