Co-Director of Nursing -RN - Care Center at Sioux Center Health-Crown Pointe Estates

The Co-Director of Nursing RN is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the long term care facility including quality of resident care, program/care management, environmental safety, budget management and responding to identified needs to ensure regulatory compliance and foster the highest degree of quality of care. Performs necessary delegation and coordination for clinical, operational and managerial activities to accomplish the objectives of the department. Effectively manages and directs the work of individuals or teams.
