Your Main Mission:
Identifying and resolving business issues within Air Force Commercial Cloud Services (AFC2S) teams utilizing services from IC ITE.
Providing onboarding direction for AF customers migrating to the cloud.
Assisting the customer with integrating all cloud solutions and strategies to manage their environment using best business practices and available tools.
Providing guidance on AWS, IC ITE GovCloud, IC ITE Commercial Cloud Services (C2S), and other federal government community or emerging cloud frameworks.
What Sets You Apart (Required Qualifications):
Current / Active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. *(Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
DoD 8570 IAT Level II equivalent certification.
Familiarity with (AWS, Azure, IBM, Oracle, Google) and other cloud services offerings to assist customers with optimizing their environments via cost saving recommendations
One to two (1-2) years of using or administering SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and other tools to track project and task management.
Assist customers via Help Desk support ticketing system within Jira on any issue associated with onboarding requirements into C2S/C2E.
Research and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for customer engagement activities.
Facilitate various Customer Engagement Onboarding meetings to include, 101 Program Overview, Tech Onboarding, Tech Fits and other meetings associated with customer onboarding
Be able to assist with budget oversight of cloud customers utilizing tools and applications such as the AWS Billing Console
Ability to gather and evaluate data, reason logically and creatively, draw conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations.
Communicate with all levels of Management, Government officials, peers, and subordinates to ensure clear communications.
A team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a dynamic and collaborative working environment
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
You Might Also Have (Desired):
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solution Architect certification preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
