About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in productivity and collaboration solutions.
- 4 years of experience in project management and technical solution delivery.
- Experience in networking, compute infrastructure (e.g., servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers) and architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments.
- Experience in working with and promoting SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with customer-facing cloud productivity solutions, including discovery, assessment, planning, and execution.
- Experience in deploying or managing cloud productivity solutions at enterprise level, with knowledge of the typical mail, networking, security, and integration concepts.
- Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

As a Cloud Architect for Google Workspace, you will work directly with Google’s customers on critical projects to provide management, consulting, and technical advisory to customer engagements while working with client executives and key technical leaders to move to Google Workspace Platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and Google to manage and deliver successful migration to Google Workspace.
- Provide domain expertise in enterprise productivity and collaboration solutions, creating and delivering best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and technical presentations adapted to different levels of business and technical stakeholders.
- Educate and align with various Google stakeholders on the go-to-market Workspace solution strategy/offerings. Improve on Google Workspace product features based on customer and market needs.
- Build relationships with partners and evaluate the technical solution offerings of partners. Translate high-level business visions into digital strategy and outcomes.
- Manage all aspects of service delivery, including pipeline, capacity, and quality management, working both with cross-functional groups within Google and with executive contacts in System Integrator and client organizations to assure positive customer outcomes from Workspace.
