What You'll Do

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintainsmall client caseload
• Provideconsistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in related field
• 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice for this role in the state of Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC, CAC-AD etc.)- Board approved supervisor
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles

Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility which offers inpatient drug
and alcohol rehabilitation services. Our expansive building is newly renovated, modern and
