Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Andover, MA is currently looking for a Associate Scientist to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Associate Scientist / Mammalian Cell Culture
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 36 months
Location: Andover, MA

Job Description:
The individual will join a team of scientists and engineers focused on developing and optimizing mammalian cell culture processes for recombinant proteins and biologics for early-phase and late-phase clinical trials.
He or she will be responsible for executing mammalian cell culture experiments in bench-top bioreactors and associated scale-down equipment with the goal of developing robust, scalable, high productivity processes that produce therapeutic proteins with the appropriate product quality attributes for use in treating human disease.
The work will also involve working with clinical production facilities to ensure accurate technology transfer and successful large-scale production.

Schedule:
Monday Friday 9 5 / Occasional weekend/off hours as needed within 40-hour work week

Minimum Education:
BA, Masters (preferred)
in science
