About the Job
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for 4 Clinical Psychologists II to support the Clinical Information Unit . The Clinical Psychologist II roles will be situated in the Informatics Unit within the SMD. They will be tasked with interpreting research and recommendations, collaborating with essential vendors to create and implement necessary enhancements such as reports, forms, widgets, and other functionalities. The aim is to enhance the usability and functionality of Sage for SAPC staff and its provider network. Additionally, these Clinical Psychologist II roles will collaborate with relevant vendors to design, develop, finalize, and assess all pertinent training programs associated with the Informatics Unit's tasks, supporting the overall aims, goals, and objectives of the Sage project.
The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance
Pay Rate & Work Schedule :
$71.50/hr working 40 hours a week. M-F, 7:30 to 5pm.
Initially, full time in office, then potentially move to hybrid once training and orientation have been completed in approximately 1-2 months after start
Benefits:
Sick Hours accrued one hour for every 30 hours worked.
Holidays worked, paid at Time and a half.
Eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits after 90 days of employment and 401K after one year.

Job Duties:
- Create, collaborate with relevant vendors, complete, and assess improvements in the shape of reports, forms, widgets, and additional functionalities required to enhance the usability and functionality of Sage for both SAPC staff and its provider network. This involves specifying and conveying detailed enhancement specifications to appropriate vendors, SAPC personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to protocols established within the Informatics Unit to support the supervisor in monitoring the administration of Sage. Ensure its effective and appropriate use by all County staff and provider users, verifying that the system complies with standards of practice, is evidence-based, quality-focused, and adheres to relevant confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborate with the supervisor and colleagues in the Informatics Unit and Sage Management Division to create, develop, complete, and assess all pertinent training programs associated with the Informatics Unit's tasks. This is to contribute to the achievement of the overarching aims, goals, and objectives of the Sage project.
- Engage proactively in meetings, discussions, and various activities to guarantee the effectiveness of protocols, workflows, and operations within the Informatics Unit and the broader Sage Management Division.
- Assists the supervisor, SAPC leadership, and management in special assignments and projects pertaining to the Sage EHR system, as instructed. Specifically, executes project directives issued by the Sage Project Director, Sage Program Manager, and SAPC Sage Core Team.
- A Doctorate from an *accredited college or university in psychology, educational psychology, education with the field of specialization in counseling psychology, Or in a discipline deemed equivalent by the
- State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Psychology
- A **license to practice as a psychologist issued by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Psychology.
