100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday, with a typical schedule rotating between 8:00AM - 5:00PM with a 60 minute lunch or 8:00AM - 4:30PM with a 30 minute lunch. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:
- Coordinate administrative aspects of associated clinics, including preparation of reports using administrative programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QlikView, and SharePoint.
- Provide leadership support with maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes, and the coordination of activities and schedules of department teams.
- Coordinate and monitor departmental needs such as the purchase of supplies, or services and the repair of equipment including submitting work orders as needed.
- Respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll (time-off policies, procedures, and scheduling).
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education :
Minimum - High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
Work Experience :
Minimum - One year of experience in an administrative support role
Preferred -
- Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
- Previous experience in a health care setting.
