M-F (9-5) rotating on call, mostly a phone call, on site in rare, crisis situations. Needed flexibility with crisis situations.

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must be Licensed (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT)
- Candidate MUST have behavioral health and substance abuse experience. This must include in bed experience.
- Crisis experience with this population is necessary as well as the ability to remain calm in high stress and dramatic situations.
- Experience needs to be specifically with patient care in substance abuse, crisis settings.
- Must be comfortable with managing a diverse group of employees
- $72,000-$90,000 (DOE)

- Responsible to deliver required clinical trainings during New Employee orientation (NEO) as well as prescribed throughout the year.
- Works with the Clinical Director to develop clinical trainings based on identified needs with the goal of improving clinical competencies and service delivery among clinical staff members.
- Conducts scheduled clinical staffing as well as unscheduled clinical consultation to assigned clinical teams, including during on-call shifts, to provide guidance and direction in accordance with Clinical Policy and Procedure as well as with contractual, state and Federal requirements and ethical standards.
- Provides review of Behavioral Health Assessment and Risk Assessments and provides feedback to staff along with BHP sign off.
- Works directly with the Clinical Director and Clinical Operations team to ensure that clinical programming and services are effective and efficient in addressing patient/participant and community needs as well as are delivered in accordance with Clinical Policy and Procedure, Arizona Administrative Code, ADHS/DBHS Provider Manual, Code of Federal Regulations and contract requirements.
