CommQuest seeks aClinical Assessor to work with our Assessment Team located in Canton, Ohio. You will provide comprehensive assessment services to establish behavioral health diagnoses (SUD and Mental Health) and determine the appropriate type and level of care.

What you'll do:
- Provide assessment services to establish appropriate clinical diagnoses and determine the appropriate type and level of care according to ASAM criteria.
- Coordinate care with internal and external systems and service providers.
- Provide trauma informed, evidenced-based counseling services.
- Provide crisis interventions, as needed.
- Perm and complete extensive documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Day shift
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
- LPC or LSW is required. Those with a CT may be considered.
- Previous experience with the criminal justice system is highly desired.
- Previous experience with ASAM criteria
- Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is a plus.
- Must be willing to provide services to a wide variety of clientele, including adults and adolescents.
