Job title: Client Service Specialist
Pay rate: $28/hr W2
Location: Chicago, IL - onsite
Business rationale: Contractor shall support CSAM client onboarding. For this role it is more application of the rules and regulations related to BSA in an Asset Management framework. Concentration on anyone with AM experience from the 1st line who has to review client documents and background, apply the info to the tools and policy/procedural requirements. The client types for AM are very broad and more complex than banking. Not sure if they are out there, so may have to go with what we have, but if there is anyone with first line AM AML experience, that would be most helpful.
Role:
Responsible for providing assistance with all aspects of the corporate client onboarding process to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy throughout the client's onboarding process.
Duties:
• Manage the complete set of account opening documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client data and provide support in complying with AML regulations and related tasks.
• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of client account maintenance requests.
• be the point-of-entry contact for client and stakeholder queries
• participate in process improvement and documentation initiatives collaborate across departments to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal compliance and regulatory requirements
• Review client agreements with focus on the individual terms and conditions
Your expertise
• a degree in Banking / Business / Economics / Finance
• 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in a bank environment
• passionate about the client experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• a proactive team player with a successful track record in a demanding and dynamic environment analytic, with the ability to provide practical solutions a multitasker, well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same proficient in the MS Office suite
