Vaco Boston has partnered with our client who is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join their team.
We are seeking strong Client facing oriented individuals who are interested in a software solutions company geared towards medical professional learning tools. This is a remote position! Please reach out for immediate consideration. Although the role will be remote, the hours will be 11:30-8. Manager will be reviewing resumes and setting up interview over the next couple of weeks.
The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for providing timely and professional customer service in response to inquiries of clients and processing orders. This role is 50/50 work over the phone and data entry.
During a Typical Day, You'll:
- Promptly process and answer and/or resolve customer inquiries and concerns regarding orders ( Business to Business)
- Communicate the resolution of inquiries to customers via outbound calls, based on defined inbound procedures, customer issues.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
- Move, add, and change any order discrepancies or changes
What You Bring to the Role:
- A high school diploma or GED required
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service preferred
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for providing quality service in a professional environment.
- Strong computer literacy with solid skills to learn new programs; the ability navigate multiple programs simultaneously while demonstrating research & problem solving skills.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
