Executes business development opportunities for the company and it's partners. Manages cross-functional connectivity, both internally and externally, ensuring successful execution of client initiatives. Manages the end-to-end operational value chain for target and/or traditional clients and prospects. Interacts with senior executives to manage progress of business development activities. Acts as the dot-connector in client challenges and opportunities through the development of trusted partnerships both horizontally and vertically, in order to execute and understand the varying client disciplines that seek guidance and expertise. Maintains and monitors operational health by proactively analyzing client partnerships across all disciplines for issue identification, problem resolution and building synergies. Supports the promotion and onboarding of Digital Services employees and acts as the project manager in the adoption of these services.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in the P&C industry is required
+ 3+ years’ experience in Project Management is preferred
+ Workflow documentation experience is preferred
+ Operational Systems and IT Experience is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
+ Able to identify opportunities for change, acts as a change champion and utilize conflict as opportunity to make things better
+ Strong ability to marshal resources and persuade others
+ Effectively communicates detailed information with stakeholders and collaborates jointly to solve problems and drive progress
+ Strong collaboration mindset and ability to influence and create alignment across functions and across all leadership levels
+ Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills; leverages data to drive decisions
+ Executes within ambiguity/change
+ Excellent at multitasking, documentation, staying organized while aligning multiple resources with agility
+ Excellent ability to manage multiple initiatives, with conflicting timescales and meet deadlines
+ Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work “in the gray” for an extended period of time
