ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Client Advisor, you will play a vital role in personifying our client's brand, creating extraordinary experiences for each client through your unique touch. Your role encompasses:
Sales Excellence:
- Engage in client-telling, bringing in clients, and actively participating in community events to represent our client.
- Present, promote, and sell products with enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge.
- Coordinate sales efforts with CEO and Operations.
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Create and update client data, fostering new and existing relationships to enhance the shopping experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales expectations by showcasing our beautiful products.
- Deliver a substantial portion of sales through repeat client business.
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and a smile.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Keep clients informed about preferred customer sales and upcoming merchandise.
- Take proactive action on client feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Utilize company policies and procedures to handle customer transactions and resolve service issues effectively.
- Keep abreast of best practices regarding luxury and jewelry trends.
- Execute store setup and closure operations, encompassing the opening and closing of the office area.
- Secure movement of jewelry to and from designated store safes and display areas.
- Undertake essential store maintenance, merchandising tasks, and other required activities to uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Process payments efficiently utilizing Shopify or other point-of-sale systems.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues as a team player.
Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury retail, jewelry sales, or relevant client-related roles.
- Proficiency in gemstones and jewelry expertise is essential.
- Outstanding proficiency in sales, including strong verbal and written communication, as well as negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Commitment to White Glove Service.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, Microsoft Outlook/email, and General Math.
- Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) and/or Graduate Gemologist diploma from The Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
- Location: Onsite
- Seasonal: Preferred start date of May 20 th with availability through September 15th
- Workdays Schedule:
- Scheduled workdays will fall Monday through Saturday
- 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week
- Work schedule will fall within core hours: 8:00am to 7:00pm
- Pay Structure: Pay Structure: $20 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Commission: Based on sales performance
