Schedule:
- Monday???Friday, 3:30 PM ??? 12:00 AM (2nd shift)
- Overtime required when the plant is running on weekends
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks - entering part numbers, supplier information, and other data into inventory management systems.
- Process shipping and receiving documents and input bill of lading information.
- Dispatch orders and generate tags for customer part selection.
- Process claims for misdirected parts and update claim information in the system.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure supplier compliance.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Full training will be provided, so no specific work experience required!
