Looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can make a difference? Utah State University in Kaysville is seeking a new team member to support our local students and community!
In this position, you’ll work with our Interactive Broadcast instructors to help them navigate Zoom technology and create a smooth, effective learning environment. You’ll also assist at our front desk, greeting students and community members and helping with questions or needs that come up, including testing support.
This is a part-time position with hours on Fridays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, plus the possibility of additional day/evening shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:- Assist students and instructors by operating classroom equipment that is essential to the delivery of telecommunication classes.
- Assist with special events as needed, such as Extension classes.
- Distribute and collect classroom materials, proctor exams and quizzes, and maintain a proper, quiet, and clean learning environment.
- Act as a liaison between students, University Instructors, and University Administrators.
- Assist with reception, testing services, and assist USU-Kaysville staff with various projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a basic knowledge of computers.
- Willingness to learn simple technology skills.
- Must be extremely dependable, maintain confidentiality of student information, and always work with integrity.
- Be able to communicate effectively face-to-face, over telephone, on IVC equipment and via electronic communication tools.

Advertised Salary:$12.00 per hourADA:Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
