Claims Assistant - Multi-Line Claims Adjusting Company - Base Salary to 70k/year - Huntington Station, NY

• Our client, a company with over 600 franchised offices across the U.S composed of multi-line field adjusters, has an immediate need for a Claims Assistant to join their team to work out of their Huntington Station, NY office. They have handled millions of auto appraisals, property estimates, complex casualty claims and catastrophic events of all kinds since 1957.

Responsibilities:

• The Claims Assistant will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team. This person will be responsible for handling claim files, data entry, calendar management, following up on claims, loss run reports, gathering records, intaking of claims, assists adjusters when needed, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of claims experience

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 40k – 70k/year range
• Paid Holidays, PTO
• Fully in-office position
