We are currently seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and detail-oriented Civil Litigation Attorney. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our company, managing complex civil litigation cases, and providing legal advice to our tech services team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will have the opportunity to apply your extensive litigation expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of civil litigation from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
2. Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and engage in trial preparation.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in the public entities, municipalities, cities, private company environment
4. Proven experience in conducting and defending depositions, managing discovery, and drafting motions.
5. Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
