About the Job
Role Overview
My Client is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead project teams in creating land development plans for a wide range of clients, including those in the commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. From urban redevelopment and industrial sites to school projects, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle-managing quality control, client relationships, budgets, and mentoring junior engineers.
As part of your leadership role, you will provide technical oversight on design aspects such as site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, water quality solutions, and utility planning. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and government officials, ensuring success through every project phase-from initial concepts and design to regulatory approvals, bidding, construction, and final delivery.
Applicants have the flexibility to work from My Client's Raynham, MA, or Peabody, MA office locations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.S.)
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to mentor and guide staff development
- Expertise in reviewing and improving technical deliverables
- Proficiency in preparing project proposals and managing project execution
- Experience in client engagement, networking, and business development
