Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead a new office in Tampa, FL, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Manage civil engineering projects from initial planning through successful completion.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide junior engineers and staff to build a strong local team.
• Oversee project design, execution, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Drive business development efforts by fostering client relationships and securing new projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project and business goals.
• Uphold and enhance company standards for professionalism and technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
• Demonstrated success in leading civil engineering projects and managing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience or interest in office leadership and business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and make strategic decisions with confidence.
