Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and staff.
• Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical competence.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Proven track record of managing civil engineering projects successfully.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence.
