Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer Designer position include:

• BSCE degree required; California PE preferred or currently in the process of obtaining
• Minimum 4 years of land development/public works experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience
• Design grading and public improvement plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Prepare and process site plans, technical studies, and public infrastructure improvement plans
• Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Bluebeam is required
• Strong understanding of jurisdictional codes and processes, including site assessments and constructability reviews
• Manage project timelines, supervise engineers/designers, and ensure quality control
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
