Direct Hire for Civil Engineers

to join their rapidly growing team in the Water/Wastewater division. They are looking for both an

EIT (Engineer in Training)

and a

PE (Professional Engineer)

with experience in designing municipal water/wastewater projects. These are direct hire positions with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and great opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

For EIT:

Assist in generating project deliverables, including plan design and production, specifications, and other tasks for water/wastewater treatment systems.

Produce design plans, specifications, and reports for municipal water/wastewater infrastructure projects such as treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution facilities.

For PE:

Assist in maintaining project schedules and budgets, and provide updates as needed.

Work with Project Managers on construction administration tasks such as submittals, contracts, and bidding.

Provide supervision of both internal staff (EITs, drafters) and external parties (subcontractors, inspectors) to ensure efficient project completion.

Qualifications:

EIT:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in municipal water/wastewater design.

PE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater design.

BS in Civil Engineering is required, MS is preferred; PE certification or EIT required for respective roles.

Experience in drainage design is a plus.

Proficiency in software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WaterCAD, ArcGIS, or other hydraulic modeling programs.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
