Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Construction Project Manager position include:

Minimum 10 years of experience managing small-to-medium land development projects, including earthwork, utilities, and paving.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules and budgets.
Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software.
Safety-oriented with a minimum of 3 years of earthwork expertise.
Reliable transportation for commuting and visiting local job sites (company vehicle provided for work-related site visits).
U.S. citizenship required.

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 70% company-paid health insurance and three weeks of paid time off (PTO).
