Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex civil/commercial litigation matters independently.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and contracts.
• Conducted depositions, mediations, and hearings, and represented clients in trials and arbitration.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies and case plans.
• Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients, maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of civil/commercial litigation experience preferred.
• Must be bar licensed in state.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Writing samples are required for submission
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
