Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Designer position include:

• Degree preferred but extensive experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Broad experience, including parking lot expansions and INDOT projects.
• Ability to handle various steps of the design and drafting process.
• Draft construction plans, including grading design, site plans, erosion control plans, and SWPPP sheets.
• Assist in preparing renderings, exhibits, and detail sheets for projects.
• Provide quality control for drafting tasks and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with survey and project teams to resolve design questions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Monitor ongoing project performance and address engineering changes.
• Support marketing and development efforts for the drafting department.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
