Callaway Resort & Gardens is a premier recreation destination that offers an array of outdoor recreation activities and educational shows to visitors. We are currently seeking experienced and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents in our retail stores.
As a Customer Service Store Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about our products and services to our guests. You will be stationed in our retail location for our Fantasy in Lights Tent (Winter during Fantasy in Lights program)
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
- Greet customers as they enter the retail stores and offer assistance as needed
- Answer questions about products and services and provide accurate information
- Process sales transactions and operate cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with restocking merchandise and completing inventory checks
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
