- The Program Director will be responsible for daily operations, program development, and management, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations for the Company's DDA/Autism Children program.
- The Program Director will oversee and supervise a team of care staff to provide high-quality, person-centered care to our residents while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
- In addition, the Program Director will act as a liaison with families, providers, and community partners.
