- Maintain comprehensive visibility across all workstreams to identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Oversee and manage performance of Executive Assistants, Personal Assistant, and Family Assistant
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and success metrics for support staff
- Implement professional development programs and career progression frameworks
- Foster a culture of excellence, discretion, and anticipatory service
- Lead recruitment and onboarding of new support staff
- Ensure Principal's time is optimized through sophisticated calendar management
- Coordinate complex logistics for personal, professional, and family commitments
- Oversee preparation of briefing materials and background research
- Maintain Principal's effectiveness through proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation
- Serve as the central communication hub for all matters requiring Principal's attention
- Manage and filter incoming requests, ensuring only relevant matters reach the Principal
- Draft and review executive communications on behalf of the Principal
- Coordinate with family office executives, external partners, and key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain communication protocols across the organization
- Ensure timely and appropriate follow-up on Principal's behalf
- Prepare and review briefing materials for meetings and key decisions
