Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop short/long-term strategic Information Technology plans and roadmap that aligns with the company's systems, projects, and business needs.
2. Create and maintain easy-to-use applications that help customers achieve their business objectives with ease and stability.
3. Design, build, and maintain our entire product suite, including backend services, mobile applications, web products, and analytics.
4. Collaborate with our businesses and departments to support a portfolio of initiatives, leveraging innovative technology tools and data.
5. Ensure efficient IT day-to-day operations, data management, infrastructure, security, and compliance.
6. Perform research, selection, and support for all infrastructure services (hardware and software) and support.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/MIS or related major, with a demonstrated history of working in the logistics and supply chain industry.
2. 10 years and above of experience with hands-on experience building applications or systems.
3. Solid fundamentals in data models, algorithms, and object-oriented programming with knowledge of development best practices.
4. Startup experience as CTO / VP of Engineering a plus.
5. Experience with product development and taking products to market.
6. Chinese/Mandarin speaking a plus.
