This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to showcase their 12-25 years of Business Development and Loans experience, as well as 5-12 years of people management, regulatory compliance communication.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loan strategies to support the company's goals
- Oversee loan officers and ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage loan portfolio and risk assessment
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve success
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Develop loan policies and procedures
- Analyze credit data and financial statements
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth with a balance of sound approval procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Position Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of loan processes and regulations
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Requirements:
- 15 years in the above duties with success
- Culture fit: collaborative, communicative, transparent
- Ability to work in-office in accordance with state guidelines
- Savvy with Microsoft, computer applications, software, Internet, recent technology
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required, Graduate School of Banking preferred
- Executive leadership
- 10 years of people leadership
- Documentation of past projects and successes
Duties:
- Provide Strategic recommendations with their Team
- Oversight of multiple departments/teams in lending and others
- Regulatory reporting and other weekly, quarterly, year-end reports
- Continued portfolio management and business development: all C-level officers at this bank keep sharp by working with a portfolio
- Leadership and planning for acquisitions and establishment of new branches
- Working collaboratively with employees, staff, community, customers, shareholders for the safe and sound management of activities.
