Description
MEMBERS ONLY is seeking an experienced finance executive to work closely with the CEO and private equity owners to execute the company's growth strategy. The CFO will oversee the company's accounting, finance, and contracts functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, project control, pricing, contract compliance, and risk management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The CFO is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial aspects of the business, specifically including developing annual budgets and providing monthly budget-to-actual reporting as well as rolling forecasts. The CFO will work closely with Operations and Business Development to manage the company's backlog, revenue waterfall, and new business pipeline. The CFO is also responsible for managing the company's finance, accounting, and contracts staff.

Requirements
YOU BRING:
Demonstrated ability building budgets and financial reports/KPIs for both internal and external audiences.
Experience working with private equity owners and associated reporting requirements and analysis and participate in board-level committees.
Prior M&A experience required to support acquisition strategy.
Ability to manage a team and work well across departments.
Develop and manage annual bonus plans in conjunction with the CEO and COO.
Experience leading the treasury function, evaluating capital structure, and complying with covenants.
Manage vendor relationships, including commercial bank, insurance providers, 401k advisors, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.
Ability to build price proposals for time & materials, fixed price, and cost reimbursable contract opportunities and draft/review proposals, including pricing volumes.
Responsible for developing DCAA provisional rates and managing annual incurred cost submission.
Attention to detail, positive attitude, and good communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
Represent the company to external professional organizations.
Education/Training Required
10 years of experience working as a CFO, VP of Finance, or in a similar role for government contractors.
BA/BS in Accounting or related field required, MBA a plus.
In-depth knowledge of FAR and government cost accounting required.
ALSO IDEAL:
CPA.
Experience with Deltek CostPoint and PowerBI strongly preferred.
