$120,000 - $140,000 DOE

Essential job duties

1. Oversees the quality and timeliness of work, meeting deadlines by measuring and tracking KPIs for all staff
2. Ensures clients and matters move through the workflow pipeline at the right pace and that tasks are completed on time
3. Manages office facilities and office supply inventory
4. Assists the Owner with recruitment, hiring, staff, benefits and human resources
5. Handles training and onboarding for new employees
6. Supervises the work of all third-party vendors and equipment
7. Implementation of firm technology and project management
8. Oversees the Firm’s case management, contact management, and document management
9. Supervises and manages marketing, intake, and sales
10. Creates, implements, improves, and makes sure everyone is following the Firm's policies and procedures
11. Review of financials and financial reporting
12. Prepares dashboards and status reports for the Owner

Experience needed

1. Prior Operational experience of 7+ years in the professional services industry
2. Prior supervisory experience, preferably a staff of 25+ people
3. Employee engagement and leadership, supervision, and termination
4. Managing bookkeepers, accountants, technology services, and other vendors
5. Managing cases and projects to ensure they are resolved successfully, on time, and on budget
