About the Job
As a Chassis Controls Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our engineering team, developing innovative chassis control features and functions. This role offers the chance to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, using state-of-the-art tools to bring our automotive visions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop specifications and design verification plans for control systems and features.
Perform systems engineering on chassis controls features/functions, including Failure Mode Avoidance.
Conduct Functional Safety analysis and implement necessary actions.
Use MATLAB, Simulink, and MagicDraw Models to evaluate system-level requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong systems engineering and FMEA skills.
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated experience in MATLAB/Simulink.
Experience applying systems engineering principles.
Experience with MagicDraw.
Troubleshooting experience with electromechanical systems.
Experience in developing and executing test plans.
Experience with failure mode avoidance engineering disciplines.
Familiarity with ISO-26262.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe tools and processes.
Experience in developing software requirements.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
