About the Role:
Join a dynamic team at a leading educational publisher as a Channel Marketing Manager. We are seeking a results-driven individual to enhance awareness, discoverability, and conversion of our Learning products across retail, wholesale, and library channels. This role primarily focuses on our Trade and Professional books, where you will develop and implement customer-centric merchandising plans and collaborate closely with global sales teams.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Drive targeted merchandising programs to highlight our products' value and engage with booksellers and customers effectively.
Measure and analyze the performance of merchandising initiatives to optimize campaigns and promotions continuously.
Create compelling sales tools and collateral to support our channel sales efforts.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align merchandising strategies across business units and regions.
Present product strategies to key stakeholders and participate actively in library and bookseller communities.
Uphold our brand integrity and customer trust through diligent data management and piracy prevention.
Advocate for channel needs and strategies within the organization.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing or merchandising role within a medium to large organization.
Proven track record in merchandising with book retailers, wholesalers, or similar channels.
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, delivering measurable results.
Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies based on performance insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in digital and ecommerce marketing.
Organized, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
