Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Location: Skilled Nursing Facility, Philadelphia, PA
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated COTA to support our occupational therapy team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and providing direct patient care.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in patient assessments and treatment.
- Implement therapeutic activities to enhance patient recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report to the OT.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises.
- Qualifications:
- Current COTA certification.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
