We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The CNA will provide essential care to a client in Carrollton, GA 30117. The ideal candidate should be dependable, compassionate, and skilled in delivering a variety of patient care services.

Job Location: Carrollton, GA 30117
Employment Type: Part-Time

Day / Hours of work:     Every Other Thursday
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience ($11-$20 per hour)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assisting patients with bathing, toileting, and ambulation
2. Providing care in Progressive Care Unit, Medical Surgical, and Emergency Care settings
3. Monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure
4. Collaborating with nursing staff on care planning
5. Participating in Neonatal Resuscitation Program and Telemetry monitoring
6. Working in Skilled Nursing, Labor & Delivery, and Assisted Living facilities

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia.
• At least 3 years of experience as a CNA, preferably in a home care setting.
• Knowledge of basic nursing care and procedures.
• Ability to follow health protocols and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient with excellent organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform the duties required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, and move intermittently throughout the workday.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks, including lifting patients or equipment as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home.
