Cellular Crew Leader - Carr & Duff

About the Position

Working in the position of Cellular Lead, this individual is responsible for the rest of his/her crew on site. They are the key contact and company representative on site for customers and vendors. This individual reports directly back to project management on site status and project timelines. Regardless of SOW, this role is for those willing to do what it takes to deliver a quality and reliable product for our customers. Weare also looking for Cell tower Technicians to work in the tri-state area only locals apply, no relocation or per-diem

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating material lists and pulling needed materials
• Project planning and layout
• Logistical planning and execution
• Decommissioning old and retired equipment/assets
• AC/DC panel/buss terminations
• Alarming configuration
• Site Troubleshooting
• Communication with customer field staff (CMs/ Field Supervisors)
• Successful project execution
• Site cleanliness and final presentation Must be 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of various carrier installs (AT&T, Verizon, TMO, etc.)
• Low Voltage Certification a PLUS but NOT Required
• Experience building with multiple carrier OEMs a must!
• Civil experience (concrete work) preferred but not required.
• Must have experience in Macro and small cell applications.
• Must be willing to undergo and pass background checks for certain project assignments.
