Catering Food Packager - Spherion

We are seeking 2 Kitchen Help staff to assist with packing orders in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a seasonal position with the potential to become a temp-to-perm role for the right candidate. Responsibilities include accurately packing orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and performing basic kitchen tasks as needed. Candidates with prior kitchen experience and attention to detail are preferred. Shifts are initially scheduled for 12/11-12/12, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of early release if orders are completed ahead of schedule. Flexibility is required, as future shifts may not follow a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and non-English speakers will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible availability for varying shifts and schedules
Immediate start availability
Dependability and punctuality

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills preferred but not required
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Basic understanding of kitchen operations
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks promptly
